As Tony Anenih is Made BOT Chairman of PDP: What are Other Parties Doing?

2015 is fast approaching and a few Parties are putting their houses in order. Of such party is the People's Democratic Party. The PDP have elected Chief Tony Anenih as their Board of Trustee (BOT) chairman following the little crises that is trying to rock the party lately.  The only thing 'Other Parties' could do for now as some  try to think ahead is to stay there and start saying that a party is the coalition of INEC, Police and NNPC all put together.

Hmmm... We dey laugh. I think the only way to the top is 'planning' as you watch your opposition... Make good use of their mistakes when step out of line.

As our democracy grow everyday, we should try and let the bad old days of rigging elections go and focus on strategies that can take each parties to their desired height and by so doing, our Democracy will keep on growing... We all know him as the King of Rant. When some stuffs are in his mind, he just go out and say it at that instant not cognizance of the event or ceremony. We all remember the West's skit on Taylor Swift award where He preferred Beyonce to pick up the award. We remember the MTV Europe Award. He just let out his mind at any moment.

Now, Kanye West went on rant again on stage after concluding his "Clique" performance at the London's Hammersmith Apollo. This time, we picks on Justin Timberlake's "Suit and Tie" song featuring Jay Z. He  felt he had to get some weight of his chest and went maniac addressing his disdain for The Grammys, coporations and how they try to put logos over concerts, and how he hates business people because creativity fuels everything and the  "Punch" goes like this...

He said "reminds me again why we in this sh-t, Reminds me again why Grammys could s--k my d--k, reminds me again who's the original super fly. And i got nothing but love for Hov, but i ain't f---ing with that "Suit and Tie"

Now we say is West angry with Jay Z because he (West) wasn't part of the song or the 12 concerts they scheduled round US? or maybe he is got a feeling that JT is not talented that he (JT) is just in the game for the business aspect of it.

There are many theories that have attempted to explain this phenomenon. One for instance claim that people who have spent alot of time together, feeding on same diet and getting exposed to same environmental factors thus end up looking alike.

One that interest me most was one on Emotional Change Facial Feature

This says that emotions you experience everyday can change your facial features over time. Have you in truth noticed people who stay depressed and emotionally stressed  (i.e anxiety, sadness etc) for long time?, Their situations tend to change their facial look over time.

Now this emotional change facial feature says for couple that have spent alot of time together, they thus develop Empathy and start to experience the same emotions together and since emotions affect facial features, they start to look alike after years of being together.

Hmmm... Nice one!. Well for me, I think the most important reason for a couple looking alike after years of togetherness is 'mindset'. Yes mindset.  Right from the very day the couple make up their mind to become one on the alter, they both decide to put away their weaknesses and focus on both 'strength'. By so doing, they come together in oneness and just flourish over time.  This is what two shall become one entails.  So couple that do not possess same quality in either way of rendering something together after many years of living, then you can conclude what may be wrong over time with them.

So are you thinking of becoming one with him or her? Then take a look at yourself and then his or her attitude. Are you both willing to reset your mind and let go of somethings? If yes, then you are ready for everlasting union full of Happiness and the end result will be couple who are "Happy and look alike".

Osaze Odemwingie tweets again  which appeared to be directed to The Head Coach of the Super Eagles, Steven Keshi.

In his tweet, he said... "a coach the country is praising now will one day be sacked and to his achievements they ll say: only one cup ? I beg," but i think Nigerians are happy for now. A Legend don't remain forever instead the good old days remain Memories.

David Mark and Babangida Aliyu In a War of Words over 2015 Presidential Seat.

Senate President, David Mark and Governor of Niger State, Mua'zu Aliyu were in exchange of words lately over the need for President Jonathan and his Team to quit the stage in 2015

Governor Mua'zu Aliyu who is thought to be eyeing the Presidency Post in 2015 was speaking at the opening of the Presidential Summit on Water, at the Banquet Hall of Presidential Villa, where he suggested that the people should have right to sue governments if they fail to provide necessary amenities.

But Senate President David Mark in his own Message on the same occasion  reminded the Governor that the responsibility for the provision of water belongs to state and local governments and therefore, suggested that people of Niger State should sue their Governor if, by 2015, he was unable to provide portable water to every household in the state.

Before now, Governor Aliyu said Jonathan only agrees for a single term and i even heard some group are already advising him to join the New Merged Party APC and contest against the PDP in 2015.

Hmmm... Is this desperation?  I think the Governor should go back to work because many desperate Governors tried it in the past... Nobody even knew who Late President Yar'adua was until after the PDP primary then. Nobody would even think of the Now President Jonathan being the Vice President to the Late President Yar'adua's in his time. Even Nobody will even think of Former President Olusegun Obasanjo to contest for the Presidency in 1999 when gallant men like IBB and others were on ground. I think this position depends on your hard work and bit of Goodluck on your side.

Nigeria is a big country  and can't conquer her  for being powerful in your state alone. Her politics are Unique. If you think i'm off track, go and ask former desperadoes such as Peter Odili, Rochas Okorochas, Atiku Abubakar and so on. Just do your work and pray for it to be your time; of which i think Rochas is doing now. Well Goodluck! to everybody eyeing that seat in 2015.

The Drama of Darey Concert and Kim Kardashian.

I hear people say all sort of things concerning Kim Kardashian, making a minute appearance at the Darey Art Alade's Concert and zooming off to the States immediately and i ask what were people expecting from her before? To come on stage and start singing? or start acting Keeping with the Kardashians on stage?

It's funny to see all these complains. I think Kim K did what she was paid to do in the show. Period! because she is not a singer nor an actor. Maybe she should have come on stage and start  telling stories of him and Kanye West on stage then.

It's just like featuring an artist that doesn't rhythm in a good composed song. It doesn't work. So for me i think Kim K did what she was paid heavily for, for the few seconds she stayed in Nigeria; To take 'Pictures' with the Guests. Yes to take Pictures with those that could get access to her that minute. After that there was no use of her staying.

 For me i think organizers really need to define who they are inviting for a show before they do. At least there must be that match or fitting into the concept of the show. Naija be wiser!!.

I Will Contest For President in 2015 - Gen Muhammadu Buhari

After months of tittle-tattle and gossips over his political aspiration, leader of the Congress for Progressive Change (CPC), Gen Muhammadu Buhari has finally stated that he would not turn down the offer to become the presidential flagbearer of the New Merged party, The All Progressive Congress (APC), in 2015.

On the issue of sharing of national offices and selection of candidates for elective positions, the three-time contender for the presidency assured that APC will follow due process

He said "many people especially from my party are really disturbed.  The joyful thing is that I didn't say I quit       politics as far as I am still alive. I only said that I will not present myself to contest  but if my party members said  they want me to remain in the race, I will"


This statement came out some days after Him (Muhammadu Buhari and Chief Ahmed Bola Tinubu, leader of the ACN )  both said that they will not contest for the presidency under the New merged party APC in 2015... hmm we hope misunderstanding don't result so that this party can really be a major opposition for the People's Democratic Party (PDP) come 2015... Well our fingers are crossed

If there's one thing that Kanye West should have known before buying an $11 million  Mansion with Kim K,  that Kim is never letting go of Her World Famous last Name, maybe He would have, have a rethink.

The Marriage-tradition- observing Kanye seems to be very upset with his Heart-rob Kim for not wanting to change Her last Name for Him. A source told star Magazine:

"Kanye is very disappointed and upset about the whole thing but Kim refuses to budge"

Didn't Kanye know that Kim is of this attitude? She always gets what she wants after-all she went on to marry Kriss as against Her Family opinion.

Buhari, Fayemi Say New Party Gearing Up For 2015

Nigeria's Former Head of State, and Presidential Candidate of the Congress for Progressive Change (CPC) in the 2011 elections, Retired General Muhammadu Buhari says the Formation of the New Opposition Party, the All Progressive Congress (APC), is geared towards mobilizing Nigerians for 2015

General Buhari told Journalists in Abuja that the focus of the New Party is to have a strong Opposition Force in the next general elections

The Ekiti State Governor, Kayode Fayemi also describes the merger as a rescue mission.

Nigeria's four main opposition parties - 'The Action Congress of Nigeria (ACN), The Congress for Progressive Change (CPC), The All Nigeria Peoples Party (ANPP) and the All Progressive Grand Alliance (APGA) - have announced their Merger to challenge the ruling Peoples Democratic Party in the 2015 election. Meanwhile the ruling party chairman of PDP, Tukur has welcome them and reminded them that they are still the Messi of Nigeria Politics... Hmm 2015 election is in truth going to be a close one. Take Care of your Inner World (Body) and Live Healthy!

Sometimes, we get so angry that we don't even care about anything in the World anymore and we say, do we in truth consider our 'Inner World (body); being the Delicate part of our Being, at this moment? Yes! we care so much about our Skin, because we want it to always be Fresh and Shinny everyday but We pay very little or no attention to our Inner (body).

Emotional Stress can ruin your Health if it goes Chronic Emotional Stress because your Body cannot defend itself against the damage that Emotional Stress creates overtime. The Body pays a Heavy Physiological Price for every moment it feels anxious, angry|furious, tense and frustrated.

Emotional Stress sets off a series of reactions in the body that involves the Sympathetic Nervous System but little did you know each time you get anxious, tense, frustrated and angry and don't care, that you are doing the Body more harm than good. We know its normal to get into one of these state at a point in life but just as you take care of your skin, it is of utmost priority to take charge at that point in time because letting it take charge of you might just speed up your Heart Beat Rate than normal and thus, possess the body with less Oxygen and Nutrients for the Muscles to run and this can set up 'heat' in other parts like the blood and aids rise in the Blood Pressure. Then other organs get short of Oxygen supply and Nutrients which could lead to some of the most dreadful disorder in the World such as Heart Attack, Hypertension, Stroke and so on.

Just a result of that moment of 'i don't care right now' I think its our Mandate to take charge when ever we are in such situation; 'Take a Deep Breath at Interval', 'Leave the situation scene', 'Calm your Nerves as possible you can', 'Take a Stroll or listen to good Music and other good stuffs you can think of'. This is what you should do Not yielding to the situation because you can't thing straight at that moment.

Actually, these stress can be fatal when you become enslave to it. "No wonder the difference between a Smiling and Angry face is in their face when they grow old". Next time you get furious and frustrated, think of your Inner world (body) just as you think of your face and skin.

The super Eagles of Nigeria this evening thrashed Eagles of Mali 4 goals to 1 to qualify for AFCON Final taking place in South Africa. At a time where everybody stopped Believing in the Team even some Rappers started rapping with them as a Team that can never reach a Final of any competition. This was when the Team came out stronger and played even better than the Super Eagles we know back in 1994.

No More Begging Alms in Lagos as Lagos Court Sentences 30 Beggars to Prison.

Beggars are now Locked up for begging alms. Interesting! About 30 of them were sentenced to Prison by Magistrate Court sitting in Alausa, Ikega, Today Monday the 4th day of February.

The Attorney General of Lagos State said the Beggars committed offence under Criminal Law of the State. Beggars alms in the streets of Lagos is illegal and the state environmental agency is doing all they can to get rid of as many Beggars as they can. Hmm... Operation Clean Lagos but i wonder if sending them to prison will be the best for Lagos and these people?

Centenary Celebration: President Jonathan and Buhari Hold Hands to Light Centenary Torch.

Former Heads of State and Presidents including Gen. Olusegun Obasanjo, Gen. Muhammadu Buhari (rtd), Gen. Yakubu Gowon (rtd), Alh. Shehu Shagari and Abdulsalami Abubakar had on Monday night, stormed the Presidential Villa for the flag off Dinner of Centenary Celebrations billed to hold January 2014.

Obasanjo who presented the Centenary Theme enjoined Nigerians to love their Country and speak positively about their Leaders. The former president had since been critical of President Jonathan's administration, accusing the President of being weak to handle the Boko Haram menace.


High point of the event was the Lighting of the Centenary Torch by President  Jonathan to Buhari. Jonathan in the process Held  him hand in hand as they climed the platform to condult the Lighting of the Torch.

They were later joined by the Vice President, Namadi Sambo, all Former Heads of state, First Lady Dame Patience Jonathan and Vice President's wife.

President Jonathan in his speech, expressed 'Hope' that the Country was destined for greatness. He said the Country was destined to be powerful  an great and will continue to be the Pride of Generation yet unborn. This, He said was possible despite its challenges.

Obasanjo Worships with President Jonathan at Aso Villa Chapel

Former President Olusegun Obasanjo was among the congregation that worshipped on Sunday at the Aso Villa Chapel in the Presidential Villa, Abuja.

Mr. Obasanjo joined President Goodluck Jonathan and his Wife, Patience for the service. The Former President was accompanied to the Villa by Two of his Daughters, one of his sons, identified as Juwon and a Businessman, Mr Femi Otedola. Mr. Obasanjo took the second reading and led a prayer section during the service. At the end of the service, the Former President visited the Children's church and offered prayers for them. He accompanied Jonathan to the President's Official residence, where they had launch before Mr. Obasanjo departed.the Villa.

 Hmm we hope the disagreement have been squashed. God bless Nigeria!.
